SHE LOVES TO HATE PUPPETS PDF Print Write e-mail
Written by John Williams

Jill, the petite, sweet little sister of Jack the Bitterroot Beagle, hates puppets. All you have to do is put the puppet on your hand and say, "Hello, it's me", and Jill will come running and fiercely attack the puppet. As you will notice in the video, the puppet doesn't have quite enough padding, and her teeth frequently penetrate my hand. She gets in so much of a frenzy that she doesn't respond to my crying and pleas to let go. It's painful, but it's also fun and Jill enjoys it immensely.

RIDE 'EM COWGIRL! PDF Print Write e-mail

Jill, the little sister of Jack the Bitterroot Beagle, loves to ride her favorite 'horse'. Watch this video and see the cowgirl in action. For comfort, Jill loves to back up to someone's foot and take a relaxing ride. It can be quite a surprise for our house guests when Jill straddles their foot unexpectedly. For whatever reason, it gives her a great deal of pleasure.

ENDORPHIN RUSH PDF Print Write e-mail

When I get too stressed out from my rigorous filming schedule, I just find my favorite pillow and let the endorphins flow. I fluff the pillow just right, then place it in my mouth and bite down. I guess it's kind of like a horse cribbing. As you can see in the video, it relaxes me instantly. Billions of endorphins are released in my brain and I go into my "Beagle Zone." My cute little paws knead the pillow uncontrollably and my eyes feel like they've gone to the back of my head. Oh, what a wonderful feeling. So relaxing! Give it a try sometime when you get stressed out.

OKAY, WHO GOT IN THE TRASH? PDF Print Write e-mail
Written by John Williams

Quite often when we leave the dogs in the house unattended we will come home to the pantry door open and food missing and/or trash strung around the house. We've had our suspicions, but never knew for certain just who was causing the mischief. This time when we left the house, I setup two cameras to hopefully catch the culprit in action. When we returned home and walked through the house, someone had gotten in the trash. But as you can see in the photo, all the dogs were innocently relaxing on their bed. When I confronted the lazy mutts, nobody would admit to the crime. So, I played back the video that I took and discovered who the trashman truly was. Watch the video and see for yourself.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS PDF Print Write e-mail
Written by Jack the Bitterroot Beagle

I want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. It has been a wonderful year and we have much to be thankful for. Grampa Pete had cancer surgery and is doing absolutely terrific now. We are so grateful! I sneaked under the Christmas tree and opened one my Christmas presents early. It was a framed tile painted by the kids with cancer from Camp Mak-A-Dream. I was so touched that I even cried. I will treasure it forever, as it holds so many wonderful memories of my Camp Mak-A-Dream stay this past summer. I hope you send and receive heartfelt gifts too.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL
